Three showrooms, three afternoons, and not one number we could take home. Decorize exists so a family in Gurugram can know what their kitchen costs before anyone measures a wall.
Our story
A kitchen is the most expensive room in an Indian home. It should also be the clearest.
Decorize was founded in Gurugram in 2021 by a factory engineer and an interior designer who kept meeting the same frustrated homeowner: quoted a range, sold an upgrade, billed a surprise.
We rebuilt the process around a single rule — the price on the screen is the price on the invoice. Every module, every hinge, every GST line is visible while you configure, and it holds for fifteen days after you receive the quotation.
Today we manufacture from a single facility in Manesar and install across Gurugram, South Delhi, Noida and Dwarka, with a five-year warranty and a Digital Kitchen Passport handed over with the keys.

The design principle
Software does the arithmetic. A designer still does the judging.
AI recommends
Your answers — family size, cooking style, room measurements — become a first layout and a shortlist of materials in minutes, not weeks. It is a starting point, never the final word.
Rules validate
Every configuration is checked against manufacturing and ergonomic rules: shutter spans, hinge loads, countertop overhangs, appliance clearances, plumbing and electrical positions.
Humans approve
A designer always reviews your kitchen before it's built. They adjust what the software got literal-minded about, then put their name to it. Nothing reaches production unsigned.
